Whether your company is large or small, we bring the training floor and the expert trainer to you. No gym necessary. Just a yoga mat, the space to lay it down, and you. We will train your team aside their cubicles or in the conference room. We are pros at training in limited spaces.
Our office workouts are a 30-Minute Low-Impact / NO SWEAT or a 45 Minute Higher Intensity Full-Body workout session. Both training sessions are tailored to everyones individual fitness levels. We perform each exercise with your employees to a timer. The tempo and pace is up to you. This enables everyone participating to get a balanced workout when they do our exercises to their own tempo and pace. We finish the workout with a cool-down stress-relieving stretch to music.
Afterward, your employees will feel great as their muscle aches and pains in the back, neck, and shoulders are diminished immensely. The session will also lower stress levels & elevate mood levels, increase productivity, as your employees go back to work re-energized!
Some of the exercises in the Insider Training session will include variations of the: Plank, Leg Raise, Lunge, Squat, Pushup, Pike, Childs Pose, Downward Dog, Sprinters Pose.
